About the Journal
The Journal of Operations and Supply Chain Innovation (JOSCI) is an emerging peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing rigorous and practice-oriented research in operations management, supply chain strategy, logistics, and innovation-driven organizational transformation.

Role & Responsibilities
As Founding Managing Editor, I am responsible for:

• Conceptualizing the journal’s vision, scope, and editorial strategy

• Designing the peer-review workflow and editorial policies

• Establishing ethical standards and publication guidelines

• Leading the development of the journal platform using OJS

• Coordinating with editors, reviewers, and authors during the founding phase

• Overseeing launch planning, calls for papers, and issue scheduling

Current Status
Journal infrastructure and website are under development; editorial board formation and initial call for papers are in progress.

Scholarly Significance
This initiative reflects my commitment to strengthening scholarly publishing capacity and fostering high-quality research dissemination in operations and supply chain management.

IGNITE Society is an interdisciplinary research society established to promote collaborative research, innovation-driven inquiry, and academic capacity building in management, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Leadership Role
As Founding President, I lead the society’s strategic and academic direction, including:

• Defining the society’s mission, governance, and ethical framework

• Building interdisciplinary and international research networks

• Initiating collaborative research clusters and thematic groups

• Organizing academic seminars, workshops

• Overseeing digital platform development and outreach activities

Current Status
Organizational structure finalized; society website and member onboarding system are under development.
