This research-driven program has enhanced my understanding of advanced and emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and its practical implications in logistics and operations. Through my ongoing thesis work, I am gaining hands-on experience in modern research methodologies, data handling, and analytical frameworks. This degree is a critical step in preparing me for a future PhD, laying a strong academic foundation in both subject matter expertise and research skills.

Major: Supply Chain Management
During this program, I completed several industry-relevant courses, including Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Transportation & Distribution Management, and Materials Management. I led a team during an industrial tour at BM Container Depot Ltd., where we gained real-world insights into logistics operations.
My MBA thesis titled “Customer Webrooming Behavior in the Consumer Electronics Industry of Bangladesh” was a turning point in my research journey. Two research papers emerged from this work, and it introduced me to essential academic research tools (e.g., SPSS) and practices. The combination of academic depth and field application during this program significantly strengthened my analytical and research skills.

Throughout this journey, I developed strong foundations in business and management operations, corporate etiquette, business communication, and entrepreneurship. I led or contributed to over 50 team-based projects, including assignments, presentations, industrial visits, business documentaries, and startup proposals—almost always in a leadership or lead contributor role.
Notably, I led a successful bank visit to Prime Bank PLC. (Banshkhali Branch) as part of a course project, and spearheaded a startup business project with a team of six during my Entrepreneurship course. Additionally, I completed a three-month internship at N. Mohammad Plastic Industries Ltd., which provided real-life exposure to business operations in a manufacturing context.

This 1.5-year, 35-credit hour diploma significantly strengthened my technical foundation, which complements my research interest in blockchain and supply chain systems.
Key courses included Computer Programming (C), Database Management Systems, Office Automation, and Graphics Design. As part of the program, I developed a functional MS Access database project to fulfill a 3-credit hour course requirement. This technical training has empowered me to integrate digital tools into business research and operations, supporting both academic inquiry and practical applications.
